Abstract
Abstract: Adolescents are a potential group that requires serious attention due to their vulnerability to various risks,particularly in the area of reproductive and sexual health. Thiscommunity service activity aimed to increase students'knowledge about gender, healthy adolescence, the risks and
dangers of premarital sex, and strategies for its prevention. The
activity involved 49 high school students, including members of
student organizations such as the Student Council (OSIS),
Youth Red Cross (PMR), Adolescent Reproductive Health
Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R), and other student
activity units. The counseling method used educational videos
and interactive discussions. The results showed that after the
session, the majority of students (55.1%) had a moderate level
of knowledge, 32.7% had good knowledge, and 12.2% had
limited knowledge. This activity is expected to have a long-term
impact and be replicated in similar initiatives among student organizations at the university level.
